We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Manufacturing Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This individual will play a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier manufacturing professionals to contribute to our growing success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a preference for experience in the manufacturing industry.
Bilingual proficiency in English and [Second Language].
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and attract manufacturing professionals through diverse channels, including online job boards, social media, industry events, and networking.
Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, industry experience, and cultural fit within the manufacturing environment.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define and refine candidate profiles.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide clear and transparent communication to candidates about their application status.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, providing valuable market insights and developing effective recruiting strategies.
Act as a strategic partner to influence hiring decisions and timelines.
Effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members in both English and [Second Language].
Facilitate seamless communication to ensure understanding and collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Stay informed about industry changes and update recruitment practices accordingly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Provide timely reports and updates to the HR team to track recruitment metrics and progress.
