JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will be experienced in using various job portals, social media and professional networks to identify, attract and engage the best candidates in the market.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and headhunting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in hiring for IT roles is a must.
  • Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms and ability to tap into passive candidate markets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities efficiently.
