ABOUT US:

We are a growing manufacturer and wholesaler of high-performance architectural glass products, serving commercial and industrial clients across Canada. As our team expands, we are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent to support our continued growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or HR coordinator (experience in manufacturing or B2B sales recruiting is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job boards
• Bilingual (English and Chinese) is an asset but not required
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales, operations, and administrative positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Post job openings on multiple platforms and proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling
• Maintain candidate database and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Support onboarding processes and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed
