Description
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and a keen interest in learning and supporting other HR functions beyond recruitment. Requirements Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate further rounds Maintain and update candidate data in ATS / HRMS Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Additional HR Exposure (Learning Opportunity) Assist in HR operations such as onboarding documentation and employee records Support employee engagement activities and events Gain exposure to HR policies, compliance, and payroll coordination Participate in performance management and appraisal cycles Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in IT as well as Non-IT hiring Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new HR processes Strong coordination and follow-up skills
