Onsite position Rate $25-$32 hour Duties include:  •    Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process. •    Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing telephone interviews, reference checks, drug tests, employment offers/letter and scheduling of TB/ onboarding.  •    Maintains listing of approved positions. •    Assists with recruitment and interview process.  •    Tracks status of candidates in recruiting process and updates hiring manager.  •    Collaborates with Managers/Directors/ Chiefs to draft detailed and accurate job descriptions. •    Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the position/ industry standard and SDMI’s need. •    Ensure positions are posted internally/ externally using different sourcing methods for specific opening.  •    Research schools, organizations and government programs to recruit candidates. •    Attends and participated in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. •    Coordinates and conduct New Employee onboarding and monthly New Hire Orientation. •    Facilitate the offer process. •    Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices •    Provide management with requested reports and documentation •    Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information. •    Prepares weekly/monthly reports and data entries employee updates into ADP. MINIMUM SKILLS, ABILITY AND REQUIREMENTS: •    High School graduate or equivalent plus three years’ experience in high volume Human Resources office or prior recruiting experience. •    Proficient with ADP, MS office and related software •    Accuracy in data entry. •    Ability to provide high level of customer service to internal & external customers. •    Must be able to maintain confidentiality; interpret and apply laws, regulations and policies.  •    Must use independent judgment, handle multiple priorities; interpret and apply laws, regulations and policies; work independently and use sound judgment.   •    Self-motivated and self-disciplines, able to work independently and in team environment. •    Skill to pay attention to details and accuracy in completing tasks. •    Adapts and responds positively to changes in assignments and priorities. •    Works as an effective team member with co-workers and other personnel. •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •    Communicates effectively when follow up is needed. •    Skill in organizing time to accommodate changes in workload and assignments in order to complete tasks in a timely manner.
