We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team and take charge of attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our growing business. The HR Recruiter will play a vital role in building a strong workforce that aligns with our brand’s values and vision.

Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future positions.
Utilize online platforms, recruitment agencies, and networking channels to source candidates.
Conduct background checks, reference checks, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, contracts, and maintaining HR records.
Contribute to creating a positive candidate and employee experience.
