This role partners closely with hiring managers and the HR Director to develop modern, data-driven recruiting strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with organizational values.   WHAT YOU MUST HAVE: -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. - 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. - Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. - Experience with ATS/HRIS systems. - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.     RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. - Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans. - Utilize modern sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, networking, and talent pipelines. - Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment metrics. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. - Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and workforce partners. - Collaborate with HR Director on process improvements and workforce planning strategies. - Stay current with labor market trends and recruiting best practices.     CORE COMPETENCIES: - Communication: Clearly conveys information verbally and in writing; actively listens and adapts communication style to different audiences. - Relationship Building: Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. - Critical Thinking: Analyzes information, identifies issues, and develops effective solutions in a timely manner. - Time Management: Effectively prioritizes tasks and manages multiple recruiting activities to meet deadlines. - Adaptability: Adjusts to changing priorities, processes, and organizational needs with flexibility and a positive attitude.   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit, stand, and use standard office equipment for extended periods.
