We’re Hiring: HR & Recruiting Associate Based in Quito, Ecuador | Full-Time | Hybrid About Us Industry FinTech is on a mission to modernize how private capital markets operate. We’re headquartered in Miami with a growing team in Quito, and we partner with U.S. private equity firms, real estate investment groups, and capital raising teams across the US. And now—we’re looking for the next key member of our HR team in Ecuador. The Role This isn’t a typical recruiting role. As our HR & Recruiting Associate, you’ll run the full hiring process for one of the most important functions at IFT: Investor Relations & Capital Raising talent. This will be your primary focus, since these hires directly support how our clients raise capital and scale their investor base. You’ll manage sourcing, interviews, and coordination through Trakstar, and work closely with U.S. hiring managers and our HR team. Beyond recruiting, you’ll also support onboarding and HR operations to help keep our people and processes organized. What You’ll Do Source top U.S. candidates using LinkedIn and job boards Conduct full English interviews to assess experience, skills, communication style, and cultural fit Manage candidates, pipelines, and workflows inside Trakstar Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and U.S. clients Prepare structured shortlists, interview notes, and candidate summaries Support onboarding processes, documentation, and new hire coordination Maintain organized, accurate data across all HR and recruiting systems Assist with broader HR operations and HR administrative tasks as needed Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely follow-up and clear communication What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: MUST! Fluent English communication (written and spoken) — this position is 100% in English At least 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting U.S. or international hiring. Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Fast response time and excellent follow-up. Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ATS platforms (Bonus points for experience in Trakstar) Experience managing onboarding workflows or HR administrative tasks Bonus Points For: Experience recruiting for Finance or Corporate roles Understanding of compensation benchmarking (U.S. roles) Familiarity with U.S. recruitment norms Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, etc.) Experience supporting client accounts directly.
