This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Reno, NV Time) — includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours Join the team as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator, supporting hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation to keep field teams fully staffed and well-prepared. You’ll ensure applicants move smoothly through the hiring process, new hires complete training and paperwork, and employee records remain accurate and up to date. Responsibilities Post and refresh job ads on platforms like Indeed Respond to applicant calls/messages using a standardized screening script Schedule interviews, orientations, and training sessions Manage onboarding checklists, paperwork, and training trackers Monitor new hires through their training period and flag pass/fail results Maintain attendance records, availability updates, and employee milestones Support performance reviews, documentation, and write-ups Organize HR files, digital folders, and employee data Communicate staffing updates such as promotions, exits, or birthdays Requirements Experience in recruitment, HR support, or onboarding coordination Strong communication, follow-through, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort using Indeed or basic ATS tools Ability to multitask and manage multiple moving parts High attention to detail and professionalism with confidential information Organized, responsive, and able to support fast-paced field operations Independent Contractor Perks HMO coverage (eligible locations) Permanent work-from-home setup Immediate hiring ZR_29716_JOB
