You will own recruiting outcomes from sourcing through offer and play a key role in improving early employee experience and retention. This is not a passive HR role. You will be expected to take ownership, solve problems, and deliver results. Responsibilities: Recruiting & Hiring (Primary Focus) Own the full-cycle recruiting process for clinical and administrative roles Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates Proactively source candidates through outreach, networking, and referrals Manage job postings and optimize performance across platforms Screen candidates and coordinate interviews Drive efficient hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill Partner with leadership to continuously improve hiring strategy Onboarding & Early Retention Coordinate onboarding for new hires Ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming onboarding experience Conduct 30/60/90-day check-ins Identify trends impacting retention and propose solutions HR Support & Compliance (Secondary) Support onboarding documentation and HR systems (Paylocity) Assist with benefits coordination and compliance Partner with leadership on HR-related initiatives What Success Looks Like Open roles are filled quickly with strong, aligned candidates Consistent pipeline of qualified applicants Reduced reliance on travel therapists High offer acceptance rates Strong 90-day retention of new hires Organized, efficient recruiting and onboarding systems Key Performance Metrics Time to fill roles Candidate pipeline strength Offer acceptance rate 90-day retention Reduction in contractor/travel staffing Who This Role Is For Someone who thrives in an outcomes-driven environment Someone who takes full ownership of results, not just tasks Someone who is proactive, resourceful, and persistent Someone who can operate independently and problem-solve Who This Role Is NOT For Someone looking for a passive HR or administrative role Someone who needs step-by-step direction Someone uncomfortable being measured on performance Work Environment This is a hybrid role with a majority of work completed remotely.
