You’ll manage the full-cycle hiring process for various roles, focusing on hourly and operations-based staffing. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, building and maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, supporting and facilitating onboarding, and partnering with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary, be bilingual (English/Spanish), and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Source candidates via job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-turnover and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and skill requirements.
  • Attend job fairs, community events, and campus recruiting events.
  • Review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
  • Prepare and support hiring managers during interview stages.
  • Provide timely follow-up and communication to candidates.
  • Maintain a smooth and consistent candidate experience from application to offer.
  • Write clear, engaging job ads aligned with company culture and job requirements.
  • Post roles across multiple platforms (Indeed, internal boards, community networks).
  • Keep postings updated and monitor performance and visibility.
  • Represent the company positively in all external communications.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system or spreadsheets with accurate candidate data.
  • Report on time-to-fill, applicant sources, and open position status.
  • Assist in hiring metrics and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with HR on onboarding schedules, documentation, and orientation prep.
  • Ensure smooth hand-off from recruitment to HR for first-day activities.
  • Greet new hires and ensure readiness for their department onboarding experience.
