We are a project management and staffing solutions company serving the engineering, construction, and technology sectors. We help clients with scheduling, project controls, staffing, and workforce solutions. We are seeking a self-sufficient HR & Recruiting Specialist to manage the full spectrum of HR functions remotely. This includes recruiting, onboarding, background checks, interview scheduling, record-keeping, payroll support, administrative HR tasks, compliance, and process improvement. The ideal candidate can independently execute HR responsibilities, maintain accurate records, and help develop an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline hiring workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior HR experience, including recruiting, screening, onboarding, background checks, and payroll.
  • Experience scheduling interviews to align with management calendars.
  • Experience with HR systems or willingness to help set up an ATS.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
