• Responsibility for the entire recruiting process in the assigned departments, from job posting to hiring.
• Reviewing application dossiers and conducting interviews
• Consulting and support for line managers in personnel selection
• Planning and implementation of target group-oriented recruiting campaigns
• Participation in and design of HR projects, processes and events

Requirements

• Professional experience in the recruitment of specialists and managers, as well as in the independent management of recruitment processes.
• Experience in the use of modern recruiting tools, especially in active sourcing, social recruiting and targeted candidate outreach.
• Strong communication skills when dealing with applicants and managers
• Organizational talent for managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Fluent German skills required; knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage.
