Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Administrator to join us in Sydney on an 8-month fixed term contract due to end 18 December 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resource graduate or professional looking to gain experience in the world’s leading sustainability consulting firm. The HR Administrator will report to the ANZ Human Resources Director and support the ANZ HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be accountable for HR administrative tasks relating to the Joiner / Mover / Leaver process, HR Information System (Workday) maintenance, HR reporting and training. ROLE PROFILE: The successful candidate will be accountable for: Serving as the first point of contact for employee enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures; Supporting recruitment activities such as interview coordination; Preparing HR documents such as employment offers, change of employment terms letters, and employee forms; Maintaining and coordinating the on-boarding and off-boarding processes including liaising with other support teams such as IT, Finance, Payroll and Administration; Training administration activities such as managing attendees and training calendar logistics; Timely and accurate maintenance of Workday including reporting on HR metrics; Coordination of HR communications (newsletter and office meetings); and Other ad hoc tasks as and when they arise. REQUIREMENTS: Tertiary education in Human Resources or other relevant field; Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; Solid understanding of HR Operations, however we will also look at a recent graduate; Excellent time management, attention to detail and prioritisation skills; Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism and; Proactive and resilient: it’s a fast-paced environment and no two days are the same.
