An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR & Recruitment Adviser to join our growing and dynamic People Team at Milewood Healthcare. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop and progress in HR while growing with the organisation.
About the Role:
As a HR & Recruitment Adviser, you will provide day-to-day transactional support to the People Team, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and HR support. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, oversee contract creation, and facilitate onboarding for managerial roles.
Additionally, you will offer HR support to managers across the organisation, assisting with low-level employee relations issues and absence management.
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable HR professional who can work independently, add value with each interaction, and drive positive change within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
About You:Essential:
✔ CIPD Level 3 or higher (or equivalent HR certification)
✔ Strong HR generalist experience
✔ Self-motivated and eager to develop
✔ Confident in both independent and team-based work
✔ Excellent communication and time management skills
✔ Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
✔ Understanding of the social care sector
✔ Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
✔ Full UK Driving Licence & Access to a Vehicle
Desirable:
✔ Experience writing HR policies
✔ Knowledge of HR digital systems implementation
