As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for an HR & Recruitment Advisor to join our close-knit team. This is a key role where you’ll help shape our team culture, support employee wellbeing, and find great people who share our values. You’ll also support the day-to-day running of our office and assist with business projects as needed.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re not a corporate office; we’re a team that rolls up our sleeves and supports one another. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative, people-focused environment.
You’ll be responsible for leading HR and recruitment efforts across the business, while also helping with general office admin and ad-hoc projects - one of these projects will be leading on the implementation of an online HR platform and review of existing processes to create a more efficient and scalable HR function.
