Join Our Team as an HR & Recruitment Assistant 1 Year Contract based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom
Salary: £30,420 to £30,420 Annum
Hours: Full Time, Permanent

The HR & Recruitment Assistant 1 Year Contract role:

  • 8 - 4.30 Monday - Thursday 8 -1 Friday
  • Supporting hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
  • Conducting first sift of candidates & first stage remote interviews & arranging in person interviews
  • Managing time and attendance, absence tracking, and contract changes
  • Ensuring accurate HR data and compliance with GDPR and Right to Work regulations
  • Maintaining employee records and documentation
  • Participating in process improvements and compliance audits

What you’ll need to join us as an HR & Recruitment Assistant 1 Year Contract:

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) or equivalent experience is desirable
  • Experience in HR coordination & administration
  • Understanding of basic HR processes, employment contracts, and Right to Work
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to build relationships and work across teams
  • Comfortable using systems such as HRIS, ATS, Excel & Outlook
