Are you a dynamic HR professional with a passion for talent acquisition? We are looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Executive to join our team in our new Dubai office in the UAE. This role will be pivotal in managing the end-to-end recruitment and HR processes, ensuring we attract top-tier talent to support our growing business as well as managing MOHRE contracts. Main Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs;
  • Source and screen candidates through headhunting, social media, referrals etc;
  • Facilitate offer discussions and prepare employment contracts;
  • Maintain a talent pipeline and engage with potential candidates for future openings;
  • Track hiring metrics and provide regular recruitment reports;
  • Manage the onboarding process, including collecting and verifying all necessary documents;
  • Conduct new hire orientations to ensure a smooth transition into the company;
  • Set up employee profiles in the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy;
  • Coordinate the local quarterly induction event for new joiners;
  • Prepare salary letters and other employment confirmation documents, ensuring proper approval and signatures;
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and assist with related inquiries;
  • Act as a point of contact for employee issues and concerns, ensuring timely resolution;
  • Coordinate the issuance of work permits, including document collection, translations, and drafting official letters;
  • Ensure timely execution of HR workspace tasks in Carrot Cut, maintaining proper approval flows;
  • Track and manage additional HR-related tasks to maintain full workload visibility;
  • Handle administrative duties, including maintaining accurate hard copy employee files;
  • Organise and coordinate HR events, including social activities, in collaboration with Administration and Procurement;
  • Supervise and manage the receptionist to ensure smooth office operations;
  • Ensure the highest level of confidentiality at all times;
  • Adhering to any requests that are related to the above points while upholding the company’s values (Ethics, Commitment, Innovation) at the highest standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management;
  • At least 3+ years in HR coordination and recruitment;
  • Any HR certificates such as CIPD;
  • Fluent verbal and written Arabic and English;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and recruitment strategies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and candidates;
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
