Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to build a strong real estate sales team.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking and industry contacts.
• Identify experienced real estate agents and sales professionals in Dubai.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews and candidate assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction of selected salespeople.
• Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist in establishing HR policies, procedures and basic HR systems.
• Maintain proper employee records and recruitment documentation.
• Continuously expand Zopa Plus's recruitment network within the Dubai real estate market.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–5+ years of HR/recruitment experience in Dubai, preferably with a real estate company.
• Experience recruiting real estate agents/salespeople is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate recruitment market.
• Existing network of real estate professionals will be a major advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interviewing and candidate-evaluation skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented and highly self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and build the recruitment function from the ground up.
• UAE experience is essential.

The Person We Are Looking For

• We are particularly interested in someone who is currently working or has recently worked as an HR/Recruitment professional within a Dubai real estate company and understands where and how to find good real estate salespeople.
• The successful candidate should be a network builder, people person and proactive recruiter, rather than someone who simply posts vacancies and waits for applications.
