Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead our human resources department and oversee all aspects of talent acquisition and management. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new employees Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and career development programs Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and employment regulations Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create workforce plans Implement and maintain HRIS and applicant tracking systems Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and performance Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in HR and recruitment roles, with a proven track record of success Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and employment practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization Proficiency in HR management software and applicant tracking systems Advanced knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition techniques Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams Strong organizational and time management skills Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform HR decisions Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) required Additional Information Your team and working environment: In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
