JOB SUMMARY:

The Recruitment Manager will lead our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on attracting skilled NDIS health practitioners and talented staff for our farmstay operations. This role combines strategic planning and hands-on recruitment, requiring a strong understanding of health services, hospitality, and team management. You will also leverage your social media expertise to design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns, ensuring we reach top-tier talent effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting NDIS health practitioners and hospitality professionals.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS compliance, including the Worker Screening Check.
  • Expertise in creating and managing social media campaigns for recruitment purposes.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry, including farmstay or similar businesses.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Social Media Recruitment:

  • Design and execute social media campaigns to target potential candidates for both NDIS health and farmstay roles.
  • Manage recruitment ads across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Use analytics to track the success of campaigns and optimise them for better engagement and reach.
  • Ensure brand consistency and engagement across all recruitment advertising efforts.

Employer Branding and Compliance:

  • Promote the company’s culture and values to position us as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and NDIS Worker Screening Check requirements.
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Team Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Partner with hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends in both health and hospitality sectors.
