About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced HR/Recruitment Manager based in Dubai to lead full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance and KPI management, HR administration, visa and government documentation processes, HR policy development, and the welfare management of domestic workers. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and deliver best-in-class HR services to support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for all levels of staff Develop and maintain strong employee relations through conflict resolution, counseling, and engagement initiatives Design and implement performance management frameworks and conduct regular appraisals Track, analyze, and report on HR and departmental KPIs to drive continuous improvement Oversee all HR administrative functions including contracts, payroll liaison, and record keeping Coordinate and process work visas, renewals, and other government documentation in compliance with UAE regulations Draft, revise, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and organizational alignment Develop and manage welfare programs, grievances, and support services for domestic workers Liaise with government authorities, legal advisors, and external vendors on HR-related matters

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3–5 years of HR generalist and recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, and KPI tracking Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa procedures Hands-on experience with HR administration and documentation processes Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies Experience managing welfare, grievance, and support programs for domestic workers Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms Fluency in Arabic Familiarity with compensation and benefits benchmarking in the UAE Exposure to multinational or multicultural work environments Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
