Description:
Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment processes, and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screening.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, compensation packages, and other hiring best practices.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in developing and executing employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
