REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR, preferably in a leadership or project coordination role.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
