Job Description HR Recruitment Training + Internship Internship Period : 3 Months ( No stipend) Location : West Mardepally, Secunderabad Work from office Mon to Sat / 10 to 7pm. Benefits : Professional Training, Experience Certificate, Full Time Job offer ( If the candidate's performance is good during the Internship period, they will be hired as a Full-timer Update our internal databases with candidates information Screen resumes and application forms Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training reports, job roles, KPI's/KRA's, Meetings, Updates) Increasing Social Connections in HR Field and creating a database for External Staffing. Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Provide suggestions to management for improving the Company stats.
