You will work closely with management, leaders, and all employees to ensure that HR provides reliable support to the entire organization. External partners will assist you with payroll, labor law, and occupational safety. YOU... handle our recruiting and employer branding—from the initial contact with applicants through to signing the contract. will design onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure new employees have a strong start and that departures are handled with respect. will drive the digitalization of our HR processes and expand self-service structures so that routine tasks run efficiently, allowing you to focus on key priorities. will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all operational HR matters. are responsible for payroll and personnel administration. support compliance with labor law, occupational safety, and information security requirements in the HR department and work closely with internal and external partners. YOU... have completed a degree or business education with a focus on HR, or have completed relevant continuing education. have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a medium-sized company or IT environment. have in-depth knowledge of labor law and data protection. have experience with modern HR systems, ideally Personio, and are willing to familiarize yourself with its configuration and functions independently. are proficient with Microsoft 365. work independently and in a structured manner and enjoy taking on responsibility. communicate clearly and honestly, even in difficult situations. speak German very well and have a good command of English. Ideally live near Frankfurt am Main for a regular day in the office.
