Description
Receive and process reorganisation requests from business segments using the designated master template Liaise with business leaders to clarify structural change requirements and timelines. Review existing employment contracts and compare them with proposed changes in roles, compensation, or conditions. Categorise affected employees into appropriate case groups based on predefined criteria. Interpret and apply the results of negotiations with the Workers Council to the affected employee groups. Ensure all reorganisation actions comply with agreed terms and local labor regulations. Prepare and distribute accurate contractual documentation reflecting the changes to affected employees. Provide the IT Hub with accurate and timely data related to employee movements and changes. University degree or a comparable education or qualification Very good German & English knowledge, spoken and written Work experience in HR, preferably in the international environment (HR-Organization & HR Processes) Stakeholder Management: Communication on Business/Management Level Open mindset for Innovation (Robotics, AI) Knowledge in handling II-systems (SAP/HR, MS-Office) Flexibility in working independently and within a team Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required Ability to consistently deliver high quality service in a professional manner
