The Missing Link is seeking a detail-driven and analytical HR Analyst to join our HR team. The HR Reporting & Compliance Coordinator role combines HR reporting and analytics expertise with generalist support across the employee lifecycle, while playing a pivotal part in our post-acquisition integration. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, insightful HR reporting to both internal stakeholders and our parent company, while supporting key transformation initiatives over the next 12 months — including policy alignment, systems migration and cultural integration programs across multiple geographies. Key Responsibilities: HR Reporting & Analytics Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports across headcount, attrition, onboarding/offboarding, performance and engagement Provide workforce analytics, trend analysis and insights to support decision-making Act as primary contact for all HR reporting requirements Support data migration, validation and reporting for ATS and HRIS implementation Transformation & Integration (12-Month Focus) Support rollout of policies and track acknowledgements Conduct policy gap analysis and assist with policy updates Assist with HRIS migration, training platform rollout and change initiatives Support cultural integration programs across geographies Coordinate and deliver manager training related to new systems and processes Assist with workforce transition initiatives HR Generalist Support Assist with: Recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding processes Day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers HR documentation, contracts, policies and employee records Essential: Experience in a generalist HR role across the full employee lifecycle Strong HR reporting and workforce analytics experience Advanced Excel skills High attention to detail and data accuracy Experience working across multiple systems or stakeholder groups Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities Desirable: Experience supporting HR system implementations Exposure to policy development or gap analysis Experience working across multiple geographies or matrixed organisations A great company culture is very important to The Missing Link.
