PEOPLE MANAGER (PART-TIME)

Location: Atherstone, Warwickshire (Office-based)
Salary: £35,000 per annum (pro rata for 27.5 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent, part-time

THE ROLE

The People Manager will be responsible for leading the full HR function – from strategy and compliance to day-to-day people operations. This includes policy development, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training coordination, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating a positive workplace culture while ensuring legal compliance and best practice across the business.
