JOB SUMMARY:

Supermicro is currently seeking a HR Representative who is self-starting, responsive, and able to demonstrate a sense of urgency and teamwork coupled with initiative to support our fast growing organization. The HR Representative plays will be an integral member of the HR team and will focus on administration of employee benefits programs, take ownership of making changes that will support growth and the desired culture, and shall be sensitive to the business practicalities. The role will involve general support for employees at all levels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an international company in a similar HR Representative role in the Netherlands.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills both in English is a must. Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PPT)
  • Ability to handle tasks with a sense of urgency and confidentiality.
  • Remarkable attention to details.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can-do mentality and readiness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to managers/employees.
  • HRIS systems experience is a plus (SAP Success Factors, ADP etc.)

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of all HR functions for our European organization.
  • Administrate the European HR mailbox, handle employee requests or forward them to the appropriate person.
  • Assist in hiring, on-boarding, change and exit process, prepare relevant documentations.
  • Process sick leave requests on HRIS system and monitor sickness cases on a regular basis.
  • Administrate leave of absence process and prepares all related documents/correspondence.
  • Administrate all employment data in the employee life cycle and create reports upon request.
  • Work closely with other HR members and Finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
  • Other related duties as assigned or required.
