Description Tilson is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Representative to support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys building positive employee experiences. Requirements Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding Support employee relations, engagement activities, and recognition programs Assist with benefits communication and enrollment Maintain accurate HR records, forms, and documentation Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Prepare OSHA reporting and support workers’ compensation processes Provide general HR and administrative support Travel to company locations within the state as needed Experience: The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of HR experience and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Must be a great communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience with Lattice and Paylocity is a plus.
