As the HR Rewards Lead, you will design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management at a managerial level, preferably in the health or community care sector.
  • Experience in leading compensation cycles and restructuring.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR market practices.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategies, as well as recognition programs.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and sustainable compensation.
  • Manage compensation-related projects, including salary reviews, bonuses, and ad hoc payments.
  • Advise stakeholders on compensation matters such as job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and pay philosophy.
