Your Day to Day * Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent and timely resolution.  * Drive the implementation of human rights and responsible labour practices across the region.  * Identify risks and trends, providing practical recommendations to prevent issues and improve outcomes.  * Partner with HR teams to develop clear policies, processes and tools that support compliance.  * Build capability through training and guidance, enabling teams to manage employee relations and compliance effectively   What We Need From You * Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in HR leadership or operations roles.  * Strong experience managing employee relations, compliance or labour‑related matters.  * Solid understanding of employment laws, human rights or responsible labour practices.  * Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and markets.  * Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.   #LI-SN1   At IHG, we’ve made a promise. Responsibilities
