SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in control testing and risk management within HR.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior management.
  • Proven experience conducting Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs).
  • Background in implementing HRIS solutions, preferably Workday.
  • Familiarity with HR-related risks and compliance issues.
  • Experience in retail banking.
  • Familiarity with governance structures in project management.
  • Understanding of People risk vs operational/financial crime risk.
  • Past involvement in large-scale HR system implementations.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee control testing for People risk to ensure compliance.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including senior management, to align on risk management strategies.
  • Implement and automate manual processes through Workday.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for the upcoming changes in HR operations.
  • Facilitate governance structures to provide oversight during the transition to Workday.
