We’re looking for a Human ResourcesSafety Business Partner to join our dynamic team across two unique and exciting environments. An established facility in Newton, NC and a high-energy startup operation in Statesville, NC. This is your chance to lead, shape, and influence the future of our people and safety culture across both sites.
Location: 50/50 split between Newton and Statesville, NC
Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our HRSafety Business Partner, you’ll play a critical role in driving workforce engagement, talent development, and safety performance. You’ll be embedded in operations, acting as a strategic advisor to site leadership and a trusted partner to employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead all HR and safety activities for both the Newton and Statesville facilities
  • Build and maintain a positive workplace culture through effective coaching, communication, and recognition
  • Support start-up operations in Statesville, build HR and safety systems from the ground up
  • Partner with leadership on staffing, employee relations, performance, and talent initiatives
  • Champion best-in-class safety practices, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement HR/safety training programs tailored to each facility’s needs
  • Ensure compliance with all state/federal regulations and internal policies
