Geotex Construction Services, Inc. an Employee-Owned Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding and records management, while also supporting workplace safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in payroll preferred.
  • Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure Mission, Vision, Values are carried out – role model MVV to create positive culture.
  • Collaborate, communicate and foster positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Administer recruitment efforts- includes recruitment postings, scheduling & conducting interviews, job fairs, and generating new relationships with schools.
  • Oversee social media recruitment efforts.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system for efficient recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Administer payroll including weekly uploads, wage changes and leave management.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, claims, and updates.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiates.
  • Act as point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
