We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and selling our HR services, including recruitment, talent management, training, and employee solutions. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and ensuring that clients receive top-notch HR services tailored to their business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in selling HR services or solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, employee development, and talent management solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience working in a consultancy or HR services firm.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities for HR services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Present and promote HR solutions, including recruitment, employee training, and other talent management services, to prospective clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their HR challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the internal HR team to ensure that services are aligned with client expectations.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, showcasing the value of our HR services and solutions.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients while ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to effectively position our services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to management.
