ABOUT THE ROLE:

EG Group are hiring for an experienced HR SAP & LMS Systems Analyst to join our HR team on a 12-month contract.
Reporting to the HR SAP Systems Manager, the HR SAP & LMS Systems Analyst will play a key role in managing and optimising our HR SAP and Learning Management Systems (LMS). This position involves ensuring data integrity, overseeing system enhancements, conducting compliance audits, and supporting HR teams with strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will manage purchase orders for the HR department, collaborate with external consultants, and ensure seamless SAP system performance.
This role offers a great opportunity for leadership and process improvement in HR technology management.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Oversee the management of SAP position data and LMS functionalities, ensuring alignment with organisational structures and business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated SAP and LMS system issues to maintain operational continuity and efficiency.
  • Assist in testing of potential system upgrades and collaborate with the HR SAP Systems Manager & wider team to implement improvements.
  • Work closely with external consultants to ensure optimal SAP and LMS system performance.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency of HR data across SAP SuccessFactors through auditing, validation, and analysis.
  • Generate and present detailed reports and dashboards to senior management, supporting strategic HR initiatives.
  • Conduct compliance audits to uphold HR system integrity and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide both operational and strategic support to HR and business teams
  • Manage purchase order (PO) processes for the HR department, ensuring accurate financial tracking and timely processing.
  • Work closely with IT, Finance, and Operational teams to streamline workflows and enhance system functionality.
  • Identify and implement system improvements to reduce manual interventions and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to HR technology projects focussed on advancing digital HR capabilities
  • Manage ad hoc tasks as needed, adapting to evolving business priorities and requirements in line with TSA.
  • Support change management initiatives related to HR systems.
