Preferably, 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant understanding and exposure of HR operations, compliance, and employee relation. Strong background in HR governance and audits. Experience managing diverse HR teams and stakeholder management. Strong judgment, discretion, and integrity. Operational rigor with a strategic mindset. Strong automation mindset with the ability to drive BPR, HRIS optimization, and GenAI‑led solutions to enhance scale, efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience Competencies: Leadership & decision‑making Stakeholder management & executive presence Process excellence & risk management High emotional intelligence and confidentiality Strong written & verbal communication Total Experience Expected: 10-12 years Qualifications Post Graduate HR / MBA with HR specialisation Additional Information At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
