We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing and hiring employees in the field of international trading and consulting, working under the guidance of the Director and Project Manager. This role requires the ability to independently work with highly qualified specialists and build an effective HR hiring strategy.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in international trading, consulting, or finance.
  • Experience working with expats and knowledge of labor market trends.
  • Strong headhunting skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and international HR platforms.
  • Experience working with senior specialists and C-level candidates.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills – ability to negotiate and assess employee potential.
  • Fluent English (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages, such as Russian or Chinese, is a plus.
  • Proven references and recommendations from previous employers.
  • Availability to start as soon as possible is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle – from receiving a hiring request to onboarding new employees.
  • Analyzing the company’s staffing needs – close collaboration with the Director and Project Manager.Creating and posting job vacancies, actively searching for candidates through various sources (job portals, social networks, databases, networking).
  • Utilizing global HR resources and platforms – LinkedIn, Executive Search, professional communities.Direct search (headhunting) for key specialists in the UAE and worldwide.
  • Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates’ skills, competencies, and compatibility with the company.
  • Managing the hiring and onboarding process.Handling HR documentation related to recruitment (contracts, job offers, background checks).
  • Monitoring labor market trends and participating in strategic workforce planning.
