Job Description A strategic individual contributor, this role will work closely with the Development and Employee Experience Manager and partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to develop and facilitate OD, Training and EE programs that foster employee professional development, support organizational effectiveness and drive employee engagement. Needs Assessment: Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to identify skill gaps and areas for organizational improvement. Program Design: Develop curriculum and training materials for various platforms, including online, classroom, and blended formats. Facilitation and Delivery: Conduct training sessions using diverse instructional techniques and manage the logistics of training programs. Review and evaluate the effectiveness and make recommendations to refine curriculum, processes, tools, and templates. Organizational Development: Implement plans for positive organizational change, such as improving teamwork, communication, and leadership effectiveness. Employee Engagement: Implement employee engagement initiatives and action plans to drive employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. Implement and monitor the New Hire Orientation program to ensure familiarity with company policy, values and culture. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze organizational data, trends, and metrics to track progress, evaluate the impact of interventions, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in training delivery, including off-the-shelf curriculum, and supporting talent management initiatives Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theories, and principles of management and organizational behavior Proven record of implementing successful initiatives in leadership development, organizational development, change management, employee experience, and/or organizational culture Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to listen well across a diverse set of opinions and viewpoints, and influence appropriate outcomes Data-driven approach diagnosing business problems, understanding insights, and designing impactful solutions Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles, building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels Excellent written communication skills using clear, concise, and compelling language to promote training solutions and employee engagement programs Additional Information Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
