YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • Strong HR process management and operational experience (at least 8 years) within an international setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage service delivery operations.
  • Knowledge of labour laws, GDPR, HR policies, employee experience and immigration procedures.
  • Complex and multi-phase project management and implementation experience for HR technologies.
  • Experience using data and root-cause analysis to guide decisions and continuous improvement.Advanced SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE IN OUR SHARED JOURNEY

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you’ll contribute to our mission by leading HR Administration, HR content management and HR process optimisation across the EMEA region. You’ll report into the Director of HR Services and Total Rewards and oversee a team of 3-4 professionals managing HR operations for more than 15 countries whilst implementing innovative solutions to scale up operations while enhancing employee experience.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Lead and implement strategic HR service delivery strategy and initiatives across EMEA region (HR ticketing, HR knowledge base, HR chatbot, etc.).
  • Manage a team of 3-4 professionals handling HR operations for multiple countries.
  • Oversee the implementation of new HR service delivery solutions and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, GDPR and handle residence permit applications.
  • Coordinate with external authorities including tax, pension and immigration services.
  • Develop and monitor processes and service governance standards whilst providing team mentorship.
