REQUIREMENTS / SKILL

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications like CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws and legal compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and procurement software.
  • Excellent leadership, and team management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR service delivery team to ensure efficient and consistent service.
  • Develop and implement HR service strategies that align with business goals.
  • Monitor and improve HR service metrics.
  • Oversee HR shared services like employee onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, benefits, and payroll support.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex HR service issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, payroll, IT, and finance teams to optimize HR processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation in HR service delivery.
  • Champion a culture of customer service and employee experience within HR.
