REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with flexibility to support the wider HR team.
  • Experience using a cloud-based HR system, preferably Success Factors or SAP.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Process-driven mindset with strong administration and customer service experience.
  • Proven multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

A relevant professional qualification or currently studying towards one, along with experience working as an HR professional in a people-focused organization.

Responsibilities
  • Administer employee data on HR systems accurately, timely, and in line with GDPR principles.
  • Respond to employment reference requests via the case management system, adhering to SLAs.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by overseeing background checks and vetting procedures in partnership with third-party providers, ensuring compliance with right-to-work regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee folders, including data purging in line with documentation retention plans.
  • Conduct HR data audits efficiently using Excel, analyze data trends, identify patterns, and highlight opportunities for process improvements.
  • Administer the company charity process, manage queries, process payments, organize drinks donations, and maintain an auditable trail of all activities.
  • Maintain the accuracy and relevance of HR intranet content, supporting content owners to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Process weekly and periodic tasks in line with the HR Governance process.
  • Support the HR team as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
