Job Description The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi Human Resources at the University of Auckland provides a diverse range of services, programmes and advice through a number of key strategic functions across the Service Divisions and Faculties. Our aim is to provide the best possible advice and stakeholder service. We have an exciting opportunity for a current staff member to join our HR Services Administration team on a permanent basis. The role will be located at 49 Symonds Street with the central HR team. The HR Administrator role supports HR Services through data entry of student employment agreements, such as Graduate Teaching Agreements, Teaching Assistant Agreements, and casual employment contracts, and completing the end-to-end process, monitoring non-advertised recruitment through the Smart Recruiters system, and supporting all staff through the onboarding processes, following up where required, and responding to inquiries. The role is a full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week) The remuneration is $60,000 - $65,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. For more information about this role, please refer to the Position Description About the team | Mō tō mātou rōpū This role reports to the HR Services Manager and there will be 2 HR Administrators supporting its function. You will be working alongside the wider HR Services team (HR Services Coordinators, HR-IT and Payroll), this team acts as the first point of contact for many HR related queries.
