Description
Process and maintain employee documentation for all HR administration processes, including hiring, contractual changes, terminations, and official certificates. Update and ensure accuracy of HR systems and organisational structures. Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, offering HR guidance and resolving queries via AskHR channels. Log, monitor, and resolve cases using the ticketing system, ensuring service performance metrics are met. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on feedback. Maintain updated HR policies and procedures in the internal portal. Participate in mandatory internal training and professional development programmes. Process optimisation and stakeholder management. University degree. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Advanced knowledge of labour legislation. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change. Advanced English proficiency and Microsoft Office skills. HR Inspector certification is an advantage.
