POSITION SUMMARY The HR Services Coordinator II plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR Services transactions. This position is responsible for executing a variety of HR Services processes including Data Management, Ticket Triaging, Knowledge Management Support, Benefits Administration Support, Preboarding, Offboarding, HR-related letters, and processing of purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO). The role works closely with internal HR teams, hiring managers, and external vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle. RESPONSIBILITIES Data Management Support Accurately enter and maintain employee data in HR systems (e.g., personal details, job changes, compensation). Ensure data integrity, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and policies. Process routine updates such as hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, etc. Ticket Management and Knowledge Management Support Receive, review, and categorize incoming HR service requests. Prioritize tickets based on urgency, impact, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Route tickets to the appropriate HR team or specialist for resolution. Provide initial responses or standard guidance where applicable. Monitor ticket status to ensure timely resolution and closure.t Triaging and Knowledge Management Support HR Operations and Benefits Administration Support Provide support as needed for Preboarding, Offboarding, HR Letter Creation, PR/PO Processing or the like. Assist in benefits administration activities as necessary Others Contribute in the creation or update of job instruction. Contribute and support process improvement activities. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of relevant work experience (HR Generalist experience is a plus). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS is a plus but not required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Highly organized and able to function and adapt in a high demand and changing environment. Able to maintain a high activity/productivity level. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Can use own initiative and judgement to tackle issues. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
