Work #LikeABosch Job Description Assisting HR-related reports as needed. Updating and maintaining Personnel file records and managing HRIS inputs Assist with all employees claims and insurance matters. Handling P&C related inquiries, concerns, or requests. Manage employee data and HR metrics (turnover rate, master data, etc) Handling employee letters (Reference letters, Paklaring, Movement Letters, etc) Handling expat formalities letters (Business Visa, ITAS, EPO, etc) Liaise with external vendors for agreements, vendor registration and invoicing. Assisting payroll processes Assist management of Corporate Legal Permits in accordance with implemented regulations, such as expatriate permit, WLKP, Perda No. 6, Peraturan Perusahaan, etc. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's degree program in any major, preferably Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Preferably with related organizational/project/internship experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Keen to learn and proactive. Team player and positive learning attitude. Ability to communicate effectively and interact with, as well as support, effective partnerships with management, peers, and internal stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Additional Information Full-time paid internship for 7 months (January-July 2026).
