HR专员(深圳) 岗位职责: 1. 负责公司员工全生命周期流程管理工作,包括但不限于入调转离手续办理、合同签订、流程优化和支持工作; 2. 负责E-HR系统的实施、运行、维护、优化等工作,确保系统数据的准确度和完整性(包括人事变动信息维护、组织架构维护、新建部门和职位等); 3. 负责公司员工档案管理,员工资质证书对接,支持公司招投标项目; 4. 负责人事服务流程的标准化、流程化; 5. 协助部门的相关项目及工作。 岗位要求: 1. 本科以上学历,人力资源、英语、法务、管理及相关专业; 2. 英语六级及以上,听说读写能力优秀,能作为工作语言; 3. 具有良好的人际沟通能力,信息整理和处理的能力,Excel函数操作熟练; 4. 有E-HR系统操作经验者优先; 5. 较强的组织能力和工作推动能力,工作耐心细致,具备工作责任心。
