KEY EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES:

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree
  • Minimally 3 years of HR Admin and payroll experience
  • Familiarity with HRIS (SAP/Oracle)
  • Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and provide guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate HR Services related technology to provide customer resolution.
  • Effective communication and ability to communicate complex HRS replies in a clear manner
  • Flexibility to support multiple sites located in Jurong and Changi

Responsibilities
  • Provide end to end Global Operations support for all the sites in Singapore
  • Support hiring, onboarding and offboarding process for all SGP sites from HRS perspective in close coordination with Onboarding team and ensuring site related compliance
  • Manage plant Time and Attendance (T&A) system, troubleshoot employee T&A and payroll enquiries
  • Provide support for employee letters, customized letter requests in alignment with policy guidelines
  • Provide administrative support for local regulatory compliance, statutory requirements in coordination with site departments, payroll, benefits and other HRS team
  • Provide local support for Visa and immigration processes in alignment with HRS global mobility team
  • Ensure all government and other reports, claims, surveys and renewals are completed on time as per site requirements
  • Closely work with vendor and supplier management team to ensure payments related to HRS services are completed as per timeline
  • Drive change, deliver solutions and continuously look for process improvement opportunities for improving effectiveness of Global Operations delivery for the site
  • Drive operational effectiveness for HRS processes and work collaboratively with site HR, Global Operations team and extended HRS teams in execution of corporate and local HRS support
  • Manage data and reports for the site, analyze data and reduce manual efforts through automation
